I had to share these videos, they are really cool.  The link is a whole series of 3 minute long videos made by a Renovaré graduate that gives quick and easy practices for living a good life.  He made them short, sweet, and even humorous.  If anyone wants a quick snapshot of what my two years at Renovaré is mostly about, take 3 minutes here and there to watch Joe Davis’ little video series.
